I am fluent in both nervous system intelligence and boardroom agendas, bringing 25 years of business growth, sales, marketing, PR, media, product development, market intelligence, events, speaking and human behaviour—combined with five years full time study in nervous system intelligence, and 15 years in personal development.

Not all containers are created equal. Coherence6 is intentionally designed for depth, clarity, and pace — with just enough structure to move forward, and enough spaciousness to stay well. We'll optimise what we do with and through AI & Tech.

Private, 1:1 First

We begin with you. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions, built around your schedule and nervous system capacity. The core work unfolds across 16 focused weeks, spaced over 6 months — with 8 flex weeks built in for life, integration, and creative drift.

Everything you walk away with is co-created. It’s done for you and with you. So when you leave, you’re not just holding finished assets — you understand how they were made, and how to build again.

Nervous System Informed

This is not speed-based. It’s not performance-driven. It’s designed for sustainability — with enough structure to move, and enough space to stay intact.

Co-Regulating Each Other

In the second half of the program, you’ll be invited into a curated peer group.

A small, thoughtful space for creative co-working, honest resonance, and meaningful collaboration — if and when it supports you.

Includes 16 weeks of active creation, spaced with intention to support nervous system integration, creative emergence, and real life.

Flexibility, pacing, and real time sense checking with the very audience you're here to serve.

Delivery

Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 sessions, scheduled to suit your rhythm
Work is done with you and for you between sessions
Ongoing async support (voice notes, doc review, Loom walkthroughs)
Optional peer group calls begin in the second half of the program

Investment

This second cohort is intimate, intentional, and priced to reflect both value and early commitment.

Program is €5,000 or €897/month x 6 months.
