Does anyone else have warmed cockles over this initiative by timesonline.co.uk ? I am of course fascinated to see the results this achieved… not just kick ass solutions to their problems, but how they responded, when they responded, how many and with what sort of content?

Do you ever observe a project being managed by way too many? It’s frustrating… wasteful and causes one to frequently roll the eyes at the tail spins we all are forced to endure. Why do we not experience the same sort of frustration with online collaboration? Why are we heaps and bounds ahead of ourselves when we engage a community to help us problem solve and more towards a solution.

I wonder what sort of impact a social media tool within the workplace would have on work force efficiencies? <I could barely type that last sentence fast enough…. the answer kept shoving it’s way through to the fingertips…> It would have a massive friggin impact on work force efficiencies. Social by default means more than one person. non? we is better than me. social media enables the we is better than me phenomenon.
